NOTICE is hereby given that Chan Sui Ki (La Salle) College Old Boys’ Association (“CSKOBA”) will hold an election of
Alumni Manager for Chan Sui Ki (La Salle) College (“CSKLSC”)’s Incorporated Management Committee (“IMC”) on Oct
8, 2023.
ALL OLD BOYS SHALL READ THIS ELECTION NOTICE CAREFULLY.
CSKLSC’s IMC is the ultimate body responsible for our school’s educational missions and management. Currently,
IMC is comprised of sponsoring body members (appointed by La Salle Brothers), principal, teacher, parent, and
alumni representatives. As the recognized alumni body, CSKOBA is responsible for holding the election of the alumni
manager every two years. This election procedures shall be governed by the CSKOBA’s Addendum to the Articles of
Association (Article 68).
Old boys who are interested in the election should review the following dates and documents carefully:
IMPORTANT DATES:
- Voter Registration Deadline: Sept 9, 2023 (23:00)
- Nomination Period: Sept 10, 2023 – Sept 23, 2023 (23:00)
- Polling Date: Oct 8, 2023 (Sunday) 12:00 – 17:00
