Congratulation to Mr. Wai Chi-sing, JP

The Chan Sui Ki College Old Boys’ Association would like to extend its warm congratulations to Mr Wai Chi Sing, graduate of Chan Sui Ki (La Salle ) College in 1974, for his promotion to the Director of Highways of the Government of the Hong Kong SAR in November 2006.
Mr Wai Chi-sing, JP
Aged 51, Mr Wai joined the Government as an Assistant Engineer in August 1980. He was promoted to Chief Engineer in July 1996, to Government Engineer in November 2000 and to Principal Government Engineer in September 2004. He was the Deputy Secretary for the Environment, Transport and Works before taking up the current position.
